When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. We currently ship using USPS and FedEx for reliable and efficient delivery. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please note that delivery times depend on the carrier.
Are your products for human use?
No. All items are sold for research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption and should only be handled by qualified individuals in controlled environments. *wink*
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer returns or refunds?
No — all sales are final. Due to the sterile, temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
